Apparently the CD-ROM mastering software had joyous random fun with the case of the book examples directory and file names in places. From all I can tell during a workout directly from the CD, this doesn't affect your enjoyment of the example files from inside Bongo (you can thank me for getting Marimba to make Bongo case-insensitive for image file names, he said with absolutely no modesty).
I apologize for the inconvenience and especially if this caused you any confusion while publishing the channel examples.The calculator color image files (e.g., Black.gif) are correct on the CD with their initial uppercase letters (which mirrors their names as they appear in the DropDownListBoxWidgets). But be sure to lowercase the remaining files in the /images directory (e.g., resleft.gif).
